Advice Needed

Since about Monday I've been getting a lot of weird text messages from phone numbers I don't recognize. This is just a sample of them:

Hi

Hey girl

Hey do u have n e pics?

Good morning are you available?

Hi I saw your add please send a pic, and $ for your time..

After telling my roommate about this, he suggested that I look up my phone number on Google. A few seconds later I found this:

not sure what to do here, other than ignore it all
